Ronald Goldman, PH.D. wrote a article titled, "Circumcision for HIV Prevention is Harmful, Ineffective, and Tragic" published in the News Ghana, in which he as severely critizised many aspects of Circumcision. This press releases an effort to rectify the misconceptions that Ronald Goldman, Ph. D. has mentioned in his article.

Circumcision is safe, effective and it stops your urine from entering your blood

Circumcision is safe

Circumcision removes the prepuce, a unnatural part of the body because even monkeys are born circumcised and they are immune to HIV. Prepuce is non healthy because the function of the prepuce is to harbour microorganisms and push them into the human body through the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the underdeveloped clitoris in female.

The prepuce is also a non functioning body part of the body because it has no function in the body it just hangs around lodging microorganisms and hangs behind the head of the penis during sexual activity hampering it and getting pinched in the process.

The prepuce is not a part of the erogenous tissue on the penile shaft in male or on the clitoris in female because there are no nerve endings on the prepuce ie. the foreskin of the penis in male. The prepuce is filled with gland opening that secrete smegma to maintain lubrication between the the prepuce and the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the underdeveloped clitoris in female and it just overhangs the area and not a part of it. The size of the foreskin is about 3 sq. cm in infants- 18 sq. cm. in adults. While in female the hood is just about 1 sq. cm. upto 10 years to 2 sq. cm in adults.

The prepuce, the foreskin in male and the hood in female does not protect the underdeveloped head of the penis in male or the underdeveloped clitoris in female, instead the prepuce stops the head of the penis and the clitoris from developing completely and freezing their development till the muscle structure and preventing the skin from growing over it.

It does not enhance sexual pleasure because it has no role to play in sexual activity, it has no nerve endings and is filled with glands producing smegma. At the time of sexual activity the prepuce just slides off leaving the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the underdeveloped clitoris in female to go through all the trauma of sexual activity.

The muscle structure of the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the under developed clitoris in female offer no kind of protection to the nerve endings and these nerve endings can be severely damaged during the sexual activity which can be seen in many cases by pain and swelling after the sexual activity in the underdeveloped parts.

It of course does not facilitate intercourse but hangs behind the head of the penis in male and on the side of the clitoris in female only to interupt sexual activity and to get pinched during the process and stop all the nerve endings on the head of the penis and the clitoris from getting all the wonderful sensations but interupting the whole process frequently and causing pain and swelling.

Cutting of the prepuce the foreskin in male and the hood in the female does not remove any specialised nerves because there are no nerves on the prepuce. All the specialised nerves are on the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the underdeveloped clitoris in female. The tissue is just filled with smegma producing glands.

The result of circumcision is the completion of the development of the head of the penis in male and the clitoris in female it is covered with a skin like the normal part of the body. The newly formed skin protects the nerve endings and prevents them beings traumatized and losing sensation during the sexual actitity or otherwise.

Maximum users of erectile dysfunction are uncircumcised people as the sensations in the unprotected head of the penis in male and the underprotected clitoris in female are severely traumatized and these traumatized nerves tend to lose their sensations eventually resulting in erectile dysfunction.

After circumcision the pain of exposed muscle is completly eliminated, there is no prepuce hanging behind the back of the head of the penis or the clitoris to interupt the process of sexual activity and also the muscle is no longer absorbing the liquids even urine and sperms into the blood and it also stops any microorganisms from entering the body during sexual activity.

Circumcision does not remove any sensitive part of the penis or the clitoris but it preserves all the nerves that are responsible for sexual activity. The exposing of the muscle structure during sexual activity causes trauma and pain but not pleasure.

Circumcision is very effective

The claim of the three studies regarding male circumcision significantly reducing risk of men acquiring HIV is absolutely true and is also accepted by World Health Organisation (WHO).

The claim is not 1.3% but 60% which means that of the 100 who underwent circumcision 60 were not infected by HIV. But this too is a very less as people who undergo circumcision cannot be infected by HIV because there is no place for the virions of HIV to invade the human body as the underdeveloped head of the penis and the underdeveloped clitoris are no more like a sponge absorbing everything that comes near it but it is protected with skin that does not allow anything to get into the body.

The methods used in the study would have been more effective if the female partners were also circumcisied then both male and female would have 100% protection.

All the studies were done on hetrosexual people and the result was for hetrosexually transmitted HIV. The studies were done on people whose lifestyle was controled during studies and they had no access to contaminated injections and surgical procedures.

Condoms are not at all effective in controlling HIV and no condom manufacturer offers even 1% protection guarantee of protection from HIV using their condom. In whatever way a person uses a condom all the person does is making the underdeveloped head of the penis absorb more body fluids of his own body, urine, sperms etc. This makes the head of the penis in male and the clitoris in female a gateway of entry of substances and microorganisms into the human body.

These body fluids are absorbed into the blood stream of the person wearing the condom and along with it the microorganisms also enter the body. If you are uncircumcised you will notice that if you delay in removing the condom after sexual activity then the fluid in side the condom begins to decrease. Where does it go? It is absorbed by the underdeveloped head of the penis.

If you are uncircumcised you can also experiment with water and other liquids using a condom or otherwise and see how the underdeveloped head of the penis absorbs the liquids and if it can absorb liquid then it can also absorb microorganisms. But after circumcision a skin is developed over the head of the penis that stops absorption of liquids and microorganisms just like in any other part of the body.

Condoms protect nobody, it adversely affects both men and women as it gives both of partners involved in sexual activity a means to allow the of invasion of microorganisms into their respective bodies. The use of condom makes the body fluids of male to reach the clitoris of the female as it is just at the opening of the condom and vise versa. So a condom promotes the passage of the microorganisms from one body to the other as both uncircumcised male and uncircumcised female have the sponge that can absorb body fluids along with microorganisms into their respective bodies.

Circumcision is a natural condom against HIV but if the person wants birth control he may use condom but it is circumcision that will give the person and his partner protection from HIV.

Circumcision can prove itself, it does not require the biasness of the researcher. If you are uncircumcised and you find your penis absorbing liquid will you not be terrifed? People get terrifed when they see that and they realise that circumcision is the only way to stop the head of the penis and the clitoris from becoming a sponge absorbing liquid and other microorganisms into the body. Even during sexual activity the underdeveloped head of the penis in men and the underdeveloped clitoris in female absorb body fluids and transfer them into the body of the uncircumcised person.

Men and women doing circumcision should do it properly and not for cosmetic or namesake the entire prepuce should be removed and only then the circumcision will be effective. And the virions of HIV cannot enter a body that is properly circumcised.

Circumcision is not promoted at all.

Even though World Health Organisation (WHO) recomends Circumcision, it does not recommend it in developed or developing countries. If circumcision would be promoted then it would have been widely used and there would not have been so many protesters against circumcision. There are no circumcision advocate and if there would have been an open debate circumcision would have won because once people know that they are living with a sponge attached to their penis in male and a sponge attached to their clitoris in female, they surely want to get rid of it.

Circumcision has its benefits that is the reason why it is used by World Health Organisation (WHO) and Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS). The cultural bias or avoiding studies or flawed research will not convert the sponge of the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the sponge of clitoris in female from absorbing what is around them, only circumcision will do it. The Muslims, Americans and Jews know the benefits of circumcision while the national medical organisations are only interested in what how the medical companies earn huge profits. Doing circumcision greatly affects the profiability of the companies as these companies are earning millions of dollars making medicines to cure the diseases caused by the microorganisms entering through the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the underdeveloped clitoris in female.

Having a debate for and against circumcision is of no use as there is no other method to develop the underdeveloped head of the penis in male and the underdeveloped clitoris in female. Circumcision is important and it is necessary and there is no option to circumcision. Participating in a debate will not change the facts and circumcision is here to stay whether someone likes it or not. Even if the whole world protests against it, it will be only the people who are circumcisied that will survive while all the others will perish due to some disease or the other.

Every person can get the correct view about circumcision very easily. The simple way of doing it is take a microscope and check the underdeveloped head of the penis and see how it absorbs water and how microorganisms enter into the human body through it and then if a person still has doubt he / she can prepare for a debate. Maybe after realising the facts every person will get circumcisied and there would be no reason to debate against circumcision.

Yes the researchers and experts are minting lot of money over research on HIV but in Africa due the shortage of cash resources, circumcision was given a free hand to prevail, and the Africans are really lucky. The rest of the world are reeling under the side effects of medicines and still getting infected by HIV but Africans is fighting against HIV and with circumcision the new generation is showing resistance to HIV. It is not Africa that is earning money but it is the pharmaceutical companies that are earning money selling drugs and HIV tests that does not work in the developed and developing countries.

Tragic outcome: Millions of people are brain washed by false claims and are prevented from getting circumcisied.
